My monthly salary in a job(that I never joined) in 2021 was 50,000 INR

In 2023, I make 10x-20x of that monthly salary.

Here is how I was able to achieve this feat and you can too:

1. Soft skills

Being able to talk fluently in English with foreign clients and then switching my language to hardcore Hindi in order to lead and build a team of savages in India, gave me more returns than any hard skill.

Learning video editing is one thing

Being able to sell it at a life-changing price is another

Freelancing is one thing

Being able to lead a team and scale the company is another.

You need a balance of soft and hard skills if you are determined to grow as an Entrepreneur.

If you are already really good at a ‘Skill’ - Get good at marketing, sales, writing, and speaking

If you already know how to speak, market, and sell - Get good at building great products.

You need a balance of both!

Soft skills enhance the perception of your expertise and hard skills

Hard skills alone make you a good slave!

2. Play your game

You will see people of your age doing 10X better than you in every aspect of life - making more money than you make, getting more famous than you are, and traveling to places that you can only dream of!

Forget people of your age, you will see people much younger than you doing much better in life than you are.

At this point, you have two choices:

1. Feel bad about your life, feel anxious, and ruin your day

2. Realize that you need to get better than your yesterday self, and play your life’s game in your time zone.

Later is when you experience Joy, happiness, and growth, and will become a younger person doing much better than a person who is 30 years old

BUT

Always remember - you must remain humble because that unknown 30-year-old if wise enough doesn’t care about what you do and who you are because they will and must focus on their game too.

Decide and immerse in your quest!

3. Be stubborn

You need to be almost stubborn to achieve your dreams.

You cannot give up once you decide your quest.

Either you win or you learn!

There are no failures if you don’t quit

Failure is for mediocre majority

For you and me - Failure doesn’t exist

We learn, We iterate, We optimize, and We conquer!
